The mission of the Utility Billing Division is to provide timely, comprehensive and accurate utility bills to our customers.  Staff consists of a Billing Supervisor, a Billing Assistant and three cashiers, all of whom strive to provide courteous professional customer relations.  Our goal is to be well informed and trained to adequately assist our customers with all of their utility needs.
