The City of Alachua offers short term rental of City Facilities as provided for by City of Alachua Code of Ordinances Sec. 28-8, as amended by Ordinance 12-15.  You must complete the "Application for Facility Use" and read and agree to the "Facility Rental Regulations" in person at the Legacy Park Multipurpose Center Mon-Thurs (9:00am-6:00pm) or Fri-Sun (9:00am-2:00pm).  Upon completion of both of these documents, you will be required to pay the rental deposit in cash, check, or money order to reserve the date on the city's rental calendar. 

The full payment of all fees and charges must be provided within five (5) business days of rental date.  You can make your payment in person at the Legacy Park Multipurpose Center. Your payment will be processed and the facility reserved for you on the date and time specified on the application.  If you have any questions, contact the Alachua Recreation Department at (386) 462-0145.
